    Workspace surfaces

    Short control maps for Pulse, Meetings, Academy, Workflows, Reports and Home.

    Pulse#

    Pulse lists companies and deals so you can open a focused Pulse drawer for risks, next steps and related conversations.

    Note: Pulse is available on Pro-enabled accounts from the main navigation.

    Controls on the Pulse list.

    Companies / Deals
    Switches the list between companies and deals.
    Filters
    Narrows the list by search, owner, company, department, deal status, medium and date range.
    Open Pulse
    Opens the Pulse drawer for the selected company or deal.
    Ask AI
    Starts an Ask Meetric prompt scoped to that company or deal.
    Clear filters
    Removes active Pulse filters and restores the full list.

    Meetings#

    Meetings shows upcoming and recent calendar events with notetaker status, join control and conversation type assignment.

    Controls on Meetings.

    7 / 14 / 30 days / Past 14 days
    Changes which upcoming or recent meetings appear.
    All team meetings / My schedule
    Managers switch between the account schedule and their own meetings.
    Select person
    When viewing all team meetings, limits the list to one owner.
    Search schedule
    Filters meetings by title or other schedule text.
    Invite Notetaker
    Turns notetaker join on or off for that meeting when policy allows.
    Conversation type
    Sets how the meeting should be classified before processing.
    Diagnostics
    Opens join and recording diagnostics for that meeting.

    Academy#

    Academy is the account knowledge library of saved conversations and snippets, organized in folders.

    Controls on Academy.

    New Folder
    Creates a folder for grouping Academy items.
    Search, folder, department, tags
    Narrows which conversations and snippets appear.
    Share
    Shares a conversation or snippet from Academy.
    Remove from Academy
    Removes the item from Academy without deleting the original conversation.
    Share folder
    Shares a folder and its items.
    Delete Folder
    Deletes the folder and moves its items to All Items.

    Workflows#

    Organization Workflow is the account-manager matrix that maps departments, conversation types and automations.

    Note: Only account managers can open Workflows. Other roles are redirected to Settings.

    Creating or editing a conversation type uses the Conversation Types flow documented under Settings → Conversation Types.

    Test
    Opens a test run against the current workflow classification.
    Help
    Opens the Workflow Builder guide for Editor actions.
    Add conversation type
    Creates a new conversation type in the selected department.
    Conversation type settings
    Edits classification rules for that conversation type.
    Actions
    Enables or disables automations and AI agents for a conversation type.
    Department defaults
    Sets default automations for conversation types in that department.
    Enable / disable type
    Turns a conversation type on or off for classification.

    Reports#

    Reports lists Ask Meetric query runs and scheduled email subscriptions.

    Go to Insights
    Opens Insights, where dashboard report subscriptions are created.
    New Ask Meetric report
    Creates a new Ask Meetric query report run.
    View
    Opens a completed report run.
    Run now
    Generates the scheduled subscription immediately.
    Rename report
    Changes the subscription name.
    Delete report
    Permanently deletes the subscription after confirmation.

    Home#

    Home is the landing workspace: Ask Meetric, feature tabs and optional overview widgets.

    Note: Ask Meetric chat controls (new agent, sources, prompts, delete) are documented on Ask Meetric → Controls in this area.

    Home tabs and overview actions. Ask chat controls are listed on the Ask page.

    Home / Integrations / My conversations / My schedule / Pulse
    Switches the Home surface between overview, integrations, conversations, meetings and Pulse.
    Customize tabs
    Shows, hides and reorders Home feature tabs.
    New view
    Creates a custom Home overview layout when overview widgets are enabled.
    Edit view
    Edits widgets on the active Home overview.
    Reset to defaults
    Removes custom Home views and restores the default templates.
    Open Ask Meetric
    Expands Home chat into the full Ask workspace.
