Navigation Menu

Learn how to navigate your Meetric workspace, return to AI chats, and access settings from the navigation menu.

Overview

The navigation menu brings together your apps, AI chat history, and workspace settings. It appears on the left by default in the desktop layout. The page you are viewing is highlighted so you can see where you are.

You can keep the menu expanded to show names and chat history, or collapse it to give your workspace more room.

Quick Start

1. If the menu is collapsed, click Pin sidebar at the top to expand it.
2. Select an app such as Conversations, Schedule, or AI Insights.
3. Click More, when available, to reveal additional apps.
4. Use New AI chat to start a chat, or select an existing chat to continue it.
5. Click Workspace at the bottom to access account switching, themes, settings, and documentation.

Apps

The Apps section gives you access to the main areas of Meetric.

• Home: Return to your starting workspace and AI assistant.
• Conversations: Browse your conversations, review recordings and transcripts, and work with saved views.
• Schedule: View upcoming and recent meetings and manage whether the notetaker should join.
• AI Insights: Open dashboards and explore patterns, metrics, and trends across your conversations.
• AI Agents: Manage AI fields, summaries, playbooks, and keyword trackers.
• Pulse: Explore companies and deals, including risks, next steps, and related conversations.
• Academy: Browse saved conversations and snippets organised into a shared knowledge library.
• Workflow: Manage how departments, conversation types, and automations work together.

Note: Available apps depend on your permissions and account configuration. AI Insights and Workflow may be hidden. AI Agents may appear unavailable when you do not have permission to manage it. Hover over it to see the Admin only message.

Expanding and Collapsing the Menu

Use the control at the top of the menu to switch between two views:

• Pin sidebar: Expand the menu to show app names, AI chat history, and the workspace label.
• Unpin sidebar: Collapse the menu to a narrow column of icons.

In the compact view, hover over an app icon to see its name. All available app icons are shown directly, including apps normally grouped under More.

Click the AI chat history icon to expand the menu and reveal your chats. Clicking Workspace also expands the menu and opens its settings.

Your choice is remembered in the same browser.

Tip: Keep the menu expanded when switching frequently between apps and chats. Collapse it when you want more room for a dashboard, transcript, or editor.

AI Chat History

The expanded menu includes an AI chat history section for starting new chats and returning to previous ones.

The preview shows up to five chats. Favorites appear first, followed by Active chats. Archived chats are available in the full history.

Starting a New Chat

1. Click New AI chat.
2. The AI workspace opens with a new chat.
3. Enter your question or request to begin.

Continuing a Chat

Click a chat title in the menu to open it and continue the conversation.

A pulsing green dot indicates that the AI is working in that chat.

Finding Older Chats

When there are additional chats beyond the preview, View all appears below the list.

1. Click View all to open the full AI chat history.
2. Use Search to find a chat by its title.
3. Browse Favorites, Active, and Archived chats.
4. Select a chat to open it.

Managing Chats

Hover over a chat and click its three-dot menu to see the available actions:

• Add to favorites: Move the chat into the Favorites section.
• Remove favorite: Return a favorite chat to the Active section.
• Rename: Change the chat title.
• Archive: Remove the chat from the active list while keeping it in the full history.
• Delete: Permanently delete the chat after confirmation.

To rename a chat, select Rename, enter a title, and press Enter. Press Escape to cancel.

To bring an archived chat back, open View all, find it under Archived, and select Restore from its three-dot menu.

Tip: Give chats descriptive names and add frequently used chats to Favorites so they are easier to find.

Workspace

Click Workspace at the bottom of the menu to open workspace controls. The label beneath Workspace may show your name or the selected demo account name.

While open, these controls occupy the area normally used for AI chat history. Click Workspace again or click outside the menu to close them.

Switching Accounts

Use Switch Account to choose between your own account and any available demo accounts.

1. Open Workspace.
2. Click Switch Account.
3. Select an account in the Select Account dialog.

The current account is marked Active. The label beneath Workspace updates to reflect your selection.

Changing the Theme

Under Theme, select a colour preview to change the workspace appearance.

Available themes are Sunset, Ocean, Indigo, Berry, Warmth, and Metal.

The theme applies immediately and is remembered in the same browser.

Settings and Help

Workspace also provides these shortcuts:

• Settings: Open your personal and account settings. Available controls depend on your permissions.
• Product Documentation: Open the Meetric user guides.
• API Documentation: Open the API documentation for integrations.
• Support: Open the support area, where available.
• Logout: Sign out of Meetric.
