How to do it
Open AI Insights from the workspace menu. In the department overview, select Pricing and Contract to open its matching moments.
Read the moments and turn on Group by conversation to see which came from the same call. Separate budget questions, agreed terms and price objections.
Open a relevant moment and select Transcript to check the words in context. Use the evidence to decide what to clarify in the next customer conversation.
