- Start from the call
Your call with Northstar just ended. Now turn what you agreed into a follow-up. Open the email draft from the recent meeting.
- Keep the commitments
The proposal is due Thursday, and Anna will check with procurement. Both commitments are already in the draft. Use Refine with AI to adjust the wording.
- Make it sound like you
Just ask: make this shorter. The commitments stay in the draft. Apply the refinement.
- Check the next step
Now Anna has one clear question to answer: can procurement join the review? You can agree a meeting time once she confirms.
- Copy the draft
Copy the reviewed draft into your email client. You decide when to send it.
- Ready to follow up
Your follow-up is ready while the call is fresh. A clear commitment, a clear next step, and no need to write it all again.
