- Open New AI chat
A promise and a completed task are different things. Open New AI chat to check what Northstar was promised and what happened afterwards.
- Choose the customer
First open Filter Data. Choose Company to focus the context. Select Northstar. Then apply the filter.
- Ask what was promised
Ask for the promises, named owners and dates, then check later conversations for completion. Submit the question to find the work still waiting.
- Check what’s done
Maya received the rollout guide, but she is still waiting for a training date. Open the later call to check the customer’s confirmation.
- Open the later call
The follow-up changes what needs attention: the guide arrived, while training still needs a date. Read the transcript to verify both points.
- Read the confirmation
Maya confirms that she received and shared the guide. Then she asks again about training. Return to the commitment list with that evidence.
- Close the open loop
Focus on the open loop: check the trainer’s availability and send Maya a date. You can follow through without chasing work the customer already confirmed.
